Self-Service Exchange Guide

Easily request an exchange without contacting customer service.

We’re excited to introduce our new Self-Service Exchange option—now live and ready to use! This feature allows you to initiate an exchange request entirely online, anytime, without needing to contact customer support. Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours, and you can track its progress directly in your order details.

How to Request an Exchange

Step 1: Visit the Exchange Portal

Step 2: Log in and select your region

Use the same email address you used when placing the order, then select your shipping country or region to proceed.

Step 3: Click on Aftersale in your account dashboard

Step 4: Choose the order you want to exchange and click [Request Exchange]

Step 5: Complete the exchange request form

Select the item(s) you wish to exchange in the After-Sale section

Click Choose Reason and select the appropriate reason for exchange

Upload up to 4 images or videos (each under 200MB) to support your request

Add any remarks if additional information is needed

Step 6: Enter your shipping address carefully

⚠️ Once submitted, the address cannot be changed. Please review all details before confirming.

Step 7: Track your after-sales progress

You can view the status of your exchange anytime by clicking on the order under the Aftersale section, then selecting After-sales History.
